Toothache on the border is a walk, not a price list

Yuma / Winterhaven and the tooth will not quit: Los Algodones is Andrade on foot.

Park on the US side. Walk. Not Mexicali. Not San Ysidro.

Before you cross

  1. Call the clinic. Walk-in is common; “seen in an hour” is not a blog promise.
  2. WHTI to come back: passport or passport card. A regular license is not enough.
  3. Meds list. Any piece of the tooth or crown you still have.
  4. Rinse; cold pack if swelling; OTC pain meds only if you already use them. Do not put aspirin on the gum.

What “emergency” usually is

  • Toothache / abscess → exam, x-ray, then root canal or extraction. The chair decides.
  • Broken / chipped → bonding, temp, or a crown later — not All-on-4.
  • Lost filling or crown → recement or remake after they see it.
  • Knocked-out tooth → milk or saliva, get there fast. Replant is a maybe.

We will not paste aggregator tables. An All-on-4 banner does not belong on a toothache post.

Same-day plan in writing

What happens today vs what waits, and who you call from Arizona tonight. Call → walk Andrade → exam on paper before they start.
