All-on-4 is two trips, not one afternoon

The calendar that usually holds

1. Before you cross: records, photos, and a CBCT plan. Same asks on paper from two clinics.
2. Trip 1 (a few days): exam, CBCT if needed, extractions if needed, four implants, same-day temp bridge. Soft food. You leave with teeth that work — not the final.
3. 3–6 months at home: osseointegration. Remote check-ins OK; a mid visit is optional.
4. Trip 2 (2–3 days): final bridge (acrylic or zirconia — named). Bite and fit.

Graft first? Add months before trip 1. That is bone, not a marketing delay.
